Christiani Johnston Architects} Architect
 
Christiani Johnson Architects, a San Francisco based firm, was founded in 1994 by Richard Christiani and David Johnson. Both partners have been practicing professionals for over twenty-five years, combining a keen interest in design with a solid grounding in the technical aspects of construction. The firm has particular expertise with suburban and urban infill sites, breathing new life into abandoned or under-utilized properties in San Francisco and surrounding communities. Award winning architect and principal Dave Johnson will be leading the design efforts at 455 West Evelyn.
Dave began his career as one of the architects involved in the original design of the Park Place apartments, a property located in downtown Mountain View on Castro Street that Prometheus developed. Park Place has been very well received by the residents of the City of Mountain View and has also won the Mountain View Mayor’s award as well as numerous other national and local design awards.
Don Sandy} Design Review Architect
 

Don is an internationally recognized and award winning architect who retired from the very successful firm of Sandy Babcock International Architects.  Don has designed and peer reviewed Prometheus developments for more than 35 years.



The Guzzardo Partnership} Landscape Architect
 
The Guzzardo Partnership has been involved in many successful and innovative projects for both the public and private sectors. Their experience ranges from master planning through completed construction, and their creative approaches to design challenges leads to successful, realistic and unique solutions. Their experience in Land Planning and Landscape Architecture includes a large number of high quality environments in the Bay Area and beyond. Paul Lettieri, Principal, will take the lead at 455 West Evelyn.
Paul was personally involved with the Guzzardo Partnership and worked on the Park Place apartments, a property located in downtown Mountain View on Castro Street that Prometheus developed.
